Zeemeermin #02 Fijne vakantie

Hoi allemaal/ Hi everybody,

After my card with the little mermaid Ariël, I needed to make all her sister right? ;) No just kidding LOL.

Just 100 different mermaids so here's no#02.

One of my students liked the little mermaid and she said: maybe it's nice to send your students a happy holiday card.

she was thinking of my 'old' class students. I don't have 1 class anymore.. only my fulltime remedial teaching practice. I give remeidal teaching in schools and at home so that's why she thought I still have my own class with students.

But it gave me a great idea.

She loved the mermaid card a lot so I decided to make her a mermaid card.

Dit is hem:

This is it:

Zeemeermin #01 Ariël de Kleine Zeemeermin

Hoi allemaal/ Hi everybody,

Today it's time to show you my first mermaids card. Yesterday I went crafting at my granny's together with my aunt. At first I had this other card which I needed to finish. Otherwise I wasn't allowed (by myself) to start with the cute mermaids.

When I finished the card for my best friend I could finally start to make the mermaid card. Since I was a little girl I'm in love with the Dineyfilm The little mermaid. I saw it over and over. So I had to make Ariël (like a little tribute to the film).

I think it's a very nice card but there's something about the eyebrows (I think) that keeps me busy getting used to it LOL.

For now Ariël will stay in my house a little while. I have no destination for her yet.
Now she's standing on my diningroomtable. On monday I'm sure the kids in my practice will notice her. Especially the girls admire my crafting results.
